I love rye manhattans and It never occurred to me to try it with Rum. I love drinking Ten To One Dark in Old Fashioneds, but I do not know why I haven’t tried it in a Manhattan. I am glad I did. This is so delicious. I will be drinking rum manhattans going forward.

Passionfruit is one of my favorite cocktail ingredients! Whenever I see it on a menu I order it or Chinola as made it so easy for me to now enjoy at home. This recipe inspired by the Caribbean is the perfect amount of citrus and sour served warm which just offers an extra comfort. Chai orgeat is like a cheat code. Easy enough to make and takes an already good drink to the next level. Served mine up in a coupe with some egg white foam to catch the cinnamon shavings.
