Crown Swizzle
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Ten To One Dark Rum
- 0.5oz Ten To One White Rum
0.25 Allspice Dram
0.75 Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 Demerara Syrup
5-6 Mint Sprigs
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Bitters
Garnish
Mint and Orange Peel

Instructions
In your glass muddle the mint leaves and lime juice. Add Ten To One White Rum and fill glass with Ice. Stir to chill. Add Ten To One Dark Rum. Top with allspice dram & Angostura Bitters, adding additional ice if needed. Garnish and serve.
