- 0.25oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Dash Salt
- 2-4oz Sparkling Wine or Soda Water

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine/soda water to a collins glass over crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish with large grapefruit wedge.
