• INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Ten To One Dark Rum
    Add to cart

  • 1oz Pineau des Charentes

  • 1oz Fig Coffee Syrup*

• GARNISH

  • Hexagonal Rocks Glass

• INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain over rocks into a hexagonal rocks glass. Garnish using a tiny clothespin to pin the Jimmy Buffett photo onto the rim of the glass.

• *FIG COFFEE SYRUP

  • Add .5lbs of figs into 5c of boiling water. Let them cook for 5 minutes, then smash the figs and add .5c of ground coffee. Using a cheese cloth, strain the fig coffee into another pot. Add 2c of water. Bring to a boil, then add 3c of sugar and let cool. Add additional sugar to taste for a sweeter sugar.
