Add both rums, grenadine, simple syrup, lime and orange juice to a tin and shake until chilled. Pour into collins glass and top with pineapple juice and prosecco. Garnish with lime twist.
wouldn’t normally think to have a mimosa with rum since it’s a sparkling cocktail but this was tart and sweet at the same time. really good.

Very tart and tropical. My friend recommended this to me after I kept complaining about my lack of vacation this summer. This cocktail did just the trick!
