Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express and discard orange swath. Serve and enjoy.
*SAGE INFUSED DOLIN BLANC
Place 8 leaves of fresh sage into 1 750ml bottle of Dolin Blanc Vermouth and let rest for 1 hour. Taste at that time and let it infuse longer if you want a stronger sage flavor.
