Fall Spice Jungle Bird

• INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75oz Ten To One White Rum

  • 0.75oz Ten To One Dark Rum
    Add to cart

  • 0.75oz Aperol

  • 0.75oz Pineapple Juice

  • 0.50oz Spiced Pineapple Oleo*

  • 0.50oz Lime Juice

  • 3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters

• GARNISH

  • Fresh Pineapple or Frond

• GLASSWARE

  • Rocks

• INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

• *SPICED PINEAPPLE OLEO

  • Peel a whole lime carefully avoiding the pith. Stir the Lime Peels, 1 small cubed Pineapple, 1c Sugar, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 1 Star Anise, 3 Cloves, and 2 slices of Fresh Ginger in a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature overnight. Strain into another bowl and press all the liquid out. Refrigerate.
