Pineapple Mint Daiquiri

  • 2oz Ten To One White Rum
    Add to cart

  • 1oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.75oz Pineapple Simple Syrup

  • 6 Mint Leaves

• Garnish

  • Pineapple Frond & Dried Pineapple

• Glassware

• Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a shaker tin and lightly muddle the mint. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a coupe glass.

• *PINEAPPLE SIMPLE SYRUP

  • Bring 0.5 cups sugar, 0.5 cups water and 2 cups of fresh chopped pineapple to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Strain and gently press pineapple to release the juice. Store in an airtight container. Refrigerate.
