Apple Cider Highball

• INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Ten To One Dark or White
    Add to cart

  • 1oz Apple Cider

  • 0.50oz Hot Honey Syrup*

  • 0.75oz Lemon Juice

  • Club Soda

• GARNISH

  • Fanned Fresh Apple or Dried Apple

• GLASSWARE

  • Collins

• INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place everything but the club soda in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Top With club soda and garnish with apple.

• *HOT HONEY SYRUP

  • Bring 1c honey, 1/2c of water, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 slices of fresh ginger, and a pinch of chili flakes to a boil in a pot. Cool to room temperature. Strain and refrigerate.
