Old Cuban
The Old Cuban is comparable to a light and minty daiquiri with a splash of champagne or prosecco. It is bubbly, refreshing and bold with fruity tasting notes. It's an excellent craft cocktail to enjoy at a hotel bar or an upscale restaurant.
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Ten To One Dark Rum
6 Mint Leaves
1oz Simple Syrup
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2-4oz Champagne or Prosecco
Garnish
Fresh Mint and/or Lime Wheel

Instructions
1: PREPARE SHAKER Place ice in a tin cocktail shaker
2: MIX INGREDIENTS Combine 1.5 oz of Ten To One Dark Rum, 1 ounce Simple Syrup, 3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice, 6 Mint Leaves, 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters and mix in shaker
3: STRAIN COCKTAIL Using a double strainer, pour ingredients into a couple glass
4: ADD CHAMPAGNE OR PROSECCO Top cocktail with 2-4 oz Champagne or Prosecco
5: GARNISH Garnish with mint sprig or lime wheel. Enjoy!
