Mojito
For many, the mojito is the go-to rum libation, and for good reason: This classic cocktail is earthy, refreshing and perfect for any occasion: from a night out to an intimate dinner. This fizzy traditional cuban cocktail uses fresh mint leaves to complement the sweet tasting notes that come with white rum. Easy to prepare ... easier to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2oz Ten To One White Rum
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
8-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
Club Soda

Instructions
1: PREPARE BASE Using a Collins Glass, add 8-12 Fresh Mint Leaves, 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup and 3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice. Gently muddle together.
2: ADD INGREDIENTS Fill glass with crushed ice and pour 2 ounces Ten To One White Rum and Club Soda (to taste)
3: STIR Using a barmixing spoon gently stir ingredients together for 15-20 seconds. Stirring forcefully will diminish the mint leaves
4: GARNISH Garnish with big mint spring and/or additional limes! Enjoy!
