I got a bottle recently from my local Liquor Junction in MA. I’ve been drinking my fair share of gin martinis over the years and never thought about trying it with rum. Having no added sugar, this rum drinks like a good floral gin. Looks like this classic has been level upped. It’s refreshing yet dry. A Perfect twist for a classic martini.
great to see some boozy rum cocktails not loaded with sugar and ice. TTO does so well in a cocktail like this – a new favorite!
I would never have thought to try rum in a Martini! Bought a bottle of the White Rum and was reading about its versatility so I started experimenting with these recipes. This one caught me by surprise – really good.
