Spiced Mango Daiquiri

• INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Ten To One Dark Rum

  • 1oz Mango Juice

  • .75oz Spiced Simple Syrup*

  • .75oz Lime Juice

• GARNISH

  • Star Anise

  • Lime Wheel

• GLASSWARE

  • Coupe

• INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and star anise.

• *SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP

  • Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cinnamon and cloves and bring to a low boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a container.
