Rum Cucumber Collins

• Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Ten To One White Rum

  • 0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.5oz Simple Syrup

  • Handful of Cucumber Slices

  • 4oz Cucumber Tonic Water

• Garnish

  • Cucumber Slice

• Glasswarre

  • Collins

• Instructions

  • Muddle cucumbers in tin. Add remaining ingredients except for cucumber tonic to tin and shake with ice. Pour into collins glass filled with ice and top with cucumber tonic.
