Apple Cider Highball
For cozy fall nights, the Apple Cider Highball is a bright, refreshing cocktail. With tart apple, hot honey, and subtle sweetness, it’s a crisp, bubbly drink that fits the season perfectly.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz Ten To One Dark or White
1oz Apple Cider
0.50oz Hot Honey Syrup*
0.75oz Lemon Juice
Club Soda
GARNISH
Fanned Fresh Apple or Dried Apple

INSTRUCTIONS
Place everything but the club soda in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Top With club soda and garnish with apple.
*HOT HONEY SYRUP
Bring 1c honey, 1/2c of water, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 slices of fresh ginger, and a pinch of chili flakes to a boil in a pot. Cool to room temperature. Strain and refrigerate.
