Caribbean Coffee
Much like the beloved Espresso Martini, Caribbean Coffee highlights the sharper tasting notes affiliated with coffee beans and the buttery sweetness that comes with dark rum. Many fancy this as a prime nightcap or late night cocktail, fit for any season or occasion.
Ingredients
- 2oz Ten To One Dark Rum
1oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1oz Espresso
0.25 Demerara Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Glassware
Martini or Rocks
Instructions
1: PREPARE SHAKER Place cubed ice in a tin cocktail shaker
2: MIX INGREDIENTS Combine 2 oz Ten To One Dark Rum, 1 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur, 1 oz Espresso, 1/4 ounces Demerara Syrup and a pinch of salt in shaker
3: SHAKE INGREDIENTS Shake all ingredients in the tin for 10-20 seconds
4: STRAIN COCKTAIL Using a double strainer, pour mixed ingredients into a Martini glass
5: GARNISH Dust with cacao powder for additional flavor and presentation. Enjoy!
