- 2oz Ten To One Dark Rum
0.25oz Demerara Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions
1: PREPARE BASE Mix cubed ice, 2 oz Ten To One Dark Rum, 1/4 ounce Demerara Syrup and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters in cocktail shaker or mixing glass until ingredients merge
2: PREPARE GLASS Separately, place a large ice cube in a rocks glass
3: STRAIN INGREDIENTS Using a double strainer, pour ingredients from mixing glass or cocktail shaker into the rocks glass containing the large ice cube
4: GARNISH AND EMBELLISH Pinch orange peel to release zest on top of the cocktail. Garnish with maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
