- 2oz Ten To One White Rum
- 1oz Blanc Vermouth
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions
- 1: PREPARE SHAKER Place cubed ice in a tin cocktail shaker
- 2: MIX INGREDIENTS Combine 2 oz Ten To One White Rum, 1 oz Blanc Vermouth, 2 dashes Orange Bitters in cocktail shaker
- 3: SHAKE INGREDIENTS Using the cocktail shaker, combine ingredients with ice and shake for 10-20 seconds
- 4: STRAIN COCKTAIL Using a double strainer, pour mixed ingredients into a Martini glass
- 5: GARNISH Garnish your cocktail with a lemon peel for taste and aesthetic. Enjoy!

I got a bottle recently from my local Liquor Junction in MA. I’ve been drinking my fair share of gin martinis over the years and never thought about trying it with rum. Having no added sugar, this rum drinks like a good floral gin. Looks like this classic has been level upped. It’s refreshing yet dry. A Perfect twist for a classic martini.
