Tiki Lychee
This cocktail combines coconut fat-washed Ten To One White Rum, fresh lemon and pineapple juices, strawberry syrup, and lychee liqueur for a burst of fruity flavor. Topped with Peychaud bitters and garnished with an orchid, it’s a vibrant and refreshing drink served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Coconut Fat Washed Ten To One White Rum
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Strawberry Syrup*
0.75 oz Lychee Liqueur
3-4 dashes of Peychaud bitters
Garnish
Orchid
Glassware
Wine Glass
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the bitters into a tin.
- Add one ounce of pebble ice & shake & dump into your glassware.
- Top with pebble ice and finish with Peychaud bitters on top.
- Add your orchid and straw is optional.
